How do I place an order?
Simply choose the product you want and click on it. Enter your personalised text exactly as you would like it to appear. Continue to your cart, fill in your details, click pay and you are done! Your order will soon be on its way.
How do I place a customised order?
Please email your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org. To enable us to quote accurately, please include the size and quantity of the item you require.
An artwork fee may apply to new items, the price will depend on what you need and how long it takes to design.
Can I make changes to existing designs?
Please send us the changes you have in mind, and if possible we will change it for you with pleasure.
How long does printing take?
Printing generally takes 3-5 working days, however during busy times such as November and December it can be 10-14 days. Bag tags and luggage tags do take a bit longer. When your order is ready for delivery, you will either receive courier tracking details or email and sms notification that your order is ready for collection.
What delivery options are available?
Orders are delivered via our door to door courier, the Courier Guy. If you live in Johannesburg you can collect your order from our offices at 105 11th Street, Parkmore, Sandton. Upon checkout, you will be able to select the shipping method of your choice. All orders sent by courier require a physical daytime address where someone can sign for the parcel on delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes 1-2 days once you order is printed. Local Johannesburg and Pretoria delivery is same day delivery, bigger cities like Durban, Cape Town, PE, East London are overnight delivery and outlying areas can take 2-3 days.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Keep a look out for your Emails! The first message should come through within minutes of submitting your order. If it hasn’t come through something may have gone wrong. Ensure that when you type your cell phone number into the order form it is in standard cell phone format with no hyphens, plus signs or spaces.
Free shipping on orders over R1500
All orders over R1500 will be shipped for free. This is our special thanks to you for being a loyal and dedicated Love from Me customer. This free delivery will be automatically applied if your order total more than R1500. You won’t have to choose any delivery option.
What happens if I need my order urgently?
Last minute gifts, we get it! For urgent orders please contact us on email@example.com and include “URGENT” in the subject line. We will do our best to rush your order for you! We are especially busy towards the end and the beginning of the year so please place school label orders timeously.
My order has a spelling error, what now?
We urge you ensure that you enter the correct text before completing your transaction. In the event that your product has a spelling error, please contact our office to discuss the way forward. Unfortunately, Love from Me cannot take responsibility for incorrect text entered.
How can I pay?
We accept online credit or debit card payments, instant EFT or SnapScan using your phone. If you are lucky enough to have one, you can also use your Love from Me Gift Card! You can select your payment method on checkout.
Can I split a pack between two kids?
Unfortunately we cannot split packs.
How do I apply vouchers or coupons?
If you have a promotional code, you will use it on the check-out page. There is a box which requests your voucher code. Enter your voucher code here and the system will automatically apply the relevant discount to your purchase.
